Study tour to the museums: Outstanding students visited museums in Nay Pyi Taw

The outstanding students selected for 2023-2024 academic year from the regions and states including Nay Pyi Taw Council took a study tour to the Defense Services Museum and National Museum in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on April 25th.

First, the outstanding students visited Defense Services Museum and responsible person of the museum explained the history of museum, purpose of opening the museum and the exhibition booths and displays as per the sector.

Next, the outstanding students visited Defence Services Museum and explored the galleries and Tatmadaw (Army, Navy, Air) demonstrations. On arrival at National Museum, the students made a tour to prehistory gallery, primate and fossil gallery, bronze age gallery and iron age gallery, Myanmar handicraft gallery, Buddhist gallery, etc.
