Indian coast guard ships reach Colombo Port

The Indian Coast Guard ships Samarth and Abhinav departed Galle for Colombo yesterday after completing several multifarious engagements with Sri Lanka Coast Guard, including joint training in boarding ops, pollution response, fire fighting and damage control.The ships arrived for a formal visit to facilitate professional exchanges and conduct joint training exercises and will remain at Colombo till 4th of March.
