Public Health Evaluation : Priorities, Recognitions, and Future Plans

The Central Level Seminar on Evaluating the Public Health for 2022 was successfully conducted from December 27th to 28th at the Ministry of Health.

On the second day of the seminar, Union Minister Dr. Thet Khaing Win delivered a speech, emphasizing the need to expedite public healthcare services. He pointed out the importance of evaluating the results, advantages, and weaknesses of work undertakings in each region and state.

Dr. Thet Khaing Win stressed the need to prioritize regular healthcare services for retired service personnel and highlighted the importance of conducting vaccination and healthcare services for displaced persons.

In recognition of outstanding performance in the public health sector during 2022, awards were presented to the region and state public health departments. The session continued with discussions on future plans, seeking approval for proposed initiatives to enhance public health services.
