Work coordination meeting: Meeting to organize Maha Thingyan festival held

The work coordination meeting for holding 2024 Myanmar Traditional Cultural Maha Thingyan Festival in Mon State was held at the State government office in Mawlamyaing in the afternoon on 25th March.

Speaking at the meeting, the Patron of Organizing Committee for 2024 Myanmar Traditional Cultural Maha Thingyan Festival in Mon State, State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein said that the traditional cultural Maha Thingyan Festival will be organized happily  in grand scale, each committee need to carry out to hold the traditional festival with full essence by drawing plans systematically, the festival will be organized with the pandals of entertainment, water throwing, walking Thingyan as well as charity feast pandals.

All are urged to give suggestions to organize the traditional festival with teeming crowds.Next, the work committee members clarified as per the sector to organize the traditional cultural festival in grand scale and the attendee entrepreneurs, responsible persons from the organizations and companies explained the work implementations.

Then, the State ministers gave supplemented discussions for organizing 2024 Myanmar Traditional Cultural Maha Thingyan Festival in Mon State and the Chief Minister coordinated requirements and gave a speech of conclusion.
